If you are somewhere near that sum of money .... you go bankruptcy. And in my calculation using your formula it gives me 1.84 and not 1.995 never the less you price could be something like 0.09$ because in europe we have 0.08 on average. and that 4.26A is allot. I have calculated that a 800w consume gives me that sun, and a laptop that i have in the house is something like 90w .... try curent cost tool to make an exact calculation.
